Our founder Tom Parry has specialised in market research for more than 15 years. He has been a full (certified) member of the Market Research Society since 2006 and has a qualification in Prince2 project management. He has undertaken research in fields as diverse as alternative refrigerants, children's boardgames and the insolvency market. He started in market intelligence before moving into mainstream market research and now focuses on providing high quality information for small and medium sized enterprises.
Tom has worked at all levels within market research and still believes that there is no substitute for the insight gained from talking to customers.
